Contract Manager.	3yrs experience of building contract management. Bid proposal experience desirable.
Carpenters.	Qualified or Time Served. Experience of property maintenance desirable.
Electricians.	Qualified people only. Experience of property maintenance desirable.
Quantity Surveyor.	Qualified People only.
Joiners.	Experienced people to work from our Honiton base covering the greater Exeter area.
Bricklayers	Experienced people to work from our Honiton base covering the greater Exeter area.
Plasterers	Experienced people to work from our Honiton base covering the greater Exeter area.
Painters / Decorators	Experienced people to work from our Honiton base covering the greater Exeter area.
