Having over 35 years experience in construction. Mike still enjoys the challenge of both traditional and innovative construction projects. Mike is currently studying The NEBOSH qualification in health and safety.

Ian Jarvis

Accountant & Company Secretary

 Ian has been with the company since 1997 undertaking the company secretary role and now with two part time staff has responsibility for the company bookkeeping and financial function.

Mel Simmonds

Quantity Surveyor 

 Melanie Simmonds joined Tec in June 2007 and has 20 years surveying experience in both Main Contracting and Subcontracting offices.

Phil Blackmore

Buyer/Estimator

 Phil is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Estimating and Surveying, and is the first point of contact for all sub contractors.

Lyn Jarvis

Office Manager

Lyn has been with the company in various roles since 2000 and now provides the administration support to the project managers. 

She also  produces the O&M Manuals for each project.
