Founded in 1987, TEC Construction continues to build upon a strong reputation as one of the leading privately owned regional contractors in the South West with offices in Bristol, Exeter, & Plymouth. The TEC Senior management team have a unique blend of management experience in the Construction Industry.

Tony Carson our Managing Director, has taken the business from it's start to where it stands proudly today. In that period one thing remains ruggedly the same; his attention to detail and his passion for creating long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and staff.

Tony is married and lives in rural Devon with his family.

Clive Autton our Commercial Manager is based at our Plymouth Office. A Plymouth man, but has spent nearly a decade working in Essex and London while studying for his degree and post graduation.

Clive has previously worked for the Keir Group and more recently a local company who specialised in construction of fuel stations and installations.

He has a wide knowledge of Construction and Civil Engineering having worked on diverse projects with values ranging from £1,000 - £1,000,000 for schools, hospitals, prisons, pharmaceutical companies, supermarkets and of course lots of petrol stations. Clive is single and lives just outside Plymouth. In his spare time he enjoys motorcycling and supporting his local football team.

Our professionally skilled and experienced team work to the highest industry standards and are regularly trained to update them on skill enhancements and Health & Safety issues. TEC Construction is working towards an Investors in People accreditation. And we don't just train trades people we train ALL our staff.
