TEC Construction has recently finished a £300,000 refurbishment project for Ashburton Town Council. The Contract Administrator for the project was Drew Pearce based in Exeter.

TEC Construction were chosen for the project, firstly by open tender, followed by an interview process where the company was  required to respond to questions on the project and their company policies. The project lasted 16 weeks and saw the Main Hall and toilet accommodation refurbished.

Although several of the community based clubs & activities had to be postponed during the refurbishment programme, the Town Clerk and staff remained on site and carried out their duties.
