Completion of the Markham Court development in Dartmouth Road in Paignton has been marked by the first homeowners moving in to the converted property.

The development consisted of alterations of a formal hotel & an extension programme to create spacious 21 in number 2 bed apartments within the heart of Paignton.

TEC Construction assisted the Royal Bank of Scotland in finishing the properties to a high standard after the previous developers had come into difficulties & after the building had been left unfinished for an amount of time.

The development consisted of renovating the former hotel including sash windows throughout in keeping with the age of the property.

The communal areas of the apartments consist of landscaped gardens, glazed atrium staircases & allocated parking spaces.
