New Project:

Devonport High School for Boys, Plymouth

We are delighted to have won the construction of the new "cooking teaching facility" on the Paradise Road campus.

A purpose built, stand alone contemporary designed building, which will blend in the limestone facades of the original buildings.

New Project:

Houndiscombe Road

A 27 bed student accomodation facility along Houndiscombe Road, which is a conversion of 2 existing properties to make single and multiple occupancy dwellings. To be occupied for the new academic year in september 2010.

 

New Project:

Goosewell Primary School

Refurbishment of the Toilet facilities to be undertaken during the Easter Break and the Summer Holidays.

Completed Work - March 2010

Recently Completed:

  • Refurbished office accommodation for WPS Insurance brokers. A remodelling of Greville House to provide open plan office space for a locally based expanding Insurance company, now renamed as "Spargo House".
  • Remodelling of 29 bathrooms at Douro Court, Ivybridge for the Guiness Trust.
  • A refurbishment of Peirson House, for the Sisters of Nazareth to provide short term accommodation, for the elderly.
  • Completion of refurbishment to a listed building in Ashburton to provide a 3 surgery NHS Dental Practice.
